Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Key Result Areas

 

1. Cataloguing: Having Knowledge of Market places (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, TATA CLiQ, Nykaa, Ajio etc.) backend operations. Also, He/she must make sure that all the new listing is created across all the MP as well as the own website. Existing listings hygiene to be checked. Image to be updated

 

2. Orders: All the orders should be checked/verified, in terms of listing, pricing or any of the issues. Co-ordination with warehouse for the orders to be dispatched as per partner SLA. Co-ordinate with Market place counterparts.

 

3. Inventory: Updating inventory across all the marketplaces either (manually/Automation), also to verify the best seller and make sure that shouldn’t be OOS. Track geographical sales, fast sellers, Slow merchandise etc.

 

4. Day To Day- Operations: Following up with the Marketing team for the social media (internal), following up with the B2B accounts team & the MP account team for the dues to be cleared, following up with the respective marketplaces operations orders/dispatch, return to be addressed across all the marketplaces, resolve customers issue/quires across all the portals. Following-up with the Legal team for clearance of any stuck agreements and get that processed. Following up with the respective marketplaces account manager to make sure that the operations are running smoothly.

 

5. Business Analysis: He/She conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners. He/She works in a fast-paced digital environment. He/She ensures smooth operation in the e-commerce business.

 

6. Reports: He/She ensures that the DSR and the sales analysis report should be sent daily.

 

7. Warehouse: He/She make sure that the B2B & B2C orders are processing & getting dispatched on SLA and TAT should be follow as per the Market place agreed terms.

 

8. Marketing: Having working knowledge of Digital marketing for (e.g., PLA, Ads, AMS, FK ADS etc.)

 

9. Sales: Having thorough understanding of Ecommerce business dynamics to drive sales targets.

 

Specialized Knowledge:

Market place operation have worked on different MP and Outright business module. Should be good in excel, PPT and

Preferable if having knowledge of Digital Marketing
